Refund policy

Hassle Free Returns:
Returns will be considered within 14 days of delivery, and may be considered up to 30 days of delivery under certain circumstances.  If you would like to return an item for a refund, please email us at info@bennburry.com for prior authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt and/or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Refunds (if applicable): 

Full Refunds including shipping will be granted upon return of the product under the following circumstances at our sole discretion for goods that are:

  • DAMAGED/INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT - Refunds will be granted for any items that are damaged, missing parts or incorrect (wrong product, size or color); these types of returns are not subject to any restocking fee.
  • NOT RECEIVED - Customers will receive a full refund for any items lost in transit (i.e. not delivered or received) and there is no restocking fee.

Partial Refunds (or full refunds minus a restocking fee - see below) may be granted in certain situations at our sole discretion:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error that is still in a sell-able condition.
  • LATE RETURNS: Items returned more than 30 days but less than 45 days after delivery.
  • WRONG SIZE - Selecting the right size is the buyer's responsibility, but partial refunds may be granted under certain circumstances:
    • Items where the sizing information was not available, reasonably accurate or clearly displayed.
  • LATE DELIVERY - Items (e.g. holiday gifts) that are delivered/received significantly late (i.e. well outside the stated shipping range).

Refunds may be refused in the following circumstances for:

  • DAMAGED GOODS: any items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error, and/or are no longer in a sell-able condition. 
  • LATE RETURNS: any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Restocking fees (if applicable):

  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20%, at our sole discretion, for any and all returned items.
  • Restocking fees will not be charged if the item received was defective, damaged or incorrect (not the product, size or color ordered).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company again.  There is often some processing time required so it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bennburry.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or different than what was ordered at no cost to you (i.e. we will pay for return shipping); we will also exchange items if you ordered the wrong size, but the return item may be subject to a restocking fee (see above) and return shipping (see below).  If you would like to exchange your item for the same item, please email us at info@bennburry.com.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

Gifts:
We require an order number to complete any gift return.  You’ll have the option to receive a gift credit for the value of your return or have a refund issued to the buyer. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or discount code will be emailed or mailed to you or the buyer will be refunded.

Return Shipping:

We will provide a 30-day postage paid return label for items that are DAMAGED/INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT or the wrong size due to no fault of your own (see Full Refunds above)

Otherwise (e.g. you purchased the wrong size or changed your mind), you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable in this scenario, and the cost of any return shipping label provided by request for your convenience will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact us for instructions before mailing your product return to ensure it is shipped to the right location; failure to ship to the correct location will significantly delay return/refund processing.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
