Shipping policy
We strive to provide a simple shopping experience, rapid order processing and reasonable shipping times for a low flat rate or free. Orders are processed by our store and generally shipped directly from the supplier, brand or manufacturer.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary depending on the supplier, brand or manufacturer and order amount ranging from $2.99-$11.99 USD for orders under $25 USD, $1.99-$5.99 USD for orders under $50 USD, and free for orders of $50 USD or more for residents in the United States; international deliveries are subject to higher rates ($2.99-$14.99 USD for orders under $25 USD, $1.75-$7.99 USD for orders under $50 USD, and free for orders of $50 USD or more).
Delivery Time:
US orders shipped from the US typically take 7-14 days for delivery, but often take less. US orders shipped from China are usually shipped by e-packet via the US Postal Service and can take between 14 and 28 business days including:
- Processing: We strive to dispatch orders to the product manufacturer for within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping: The product manufacturer processes and ships the orders, typically via China Post, within an additional 2–4 days.
- Delivery: After leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
The typical delivery window for products shipping from China is 14-21 days, from order to your door, but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 28 days or longer in rare cases or during peak shipping periods (e.g. during the holidays).
